After the poor physical activities of the past few days, I made an effort to go out and do some proper stuff today.
Content
I met up with a friend, Jake, who hasn't been out for a while [which was evident, more to come]. We hit Waitrose Gardens in Twickenham for a bit, mostly warming up with precisions and cat leaps. It was wet out today so we were taking care with our control.
We moved around a bit and found this [pictured] gorgeous climb around mission near the Civic Center. I didn't fancy it in the wet. I'd rather attack it dry so I know what I'm doing of. In the same spot we practiced vaults. Linked a few together due to the layout of the place, nothing major. It was only when Jake slipped on a speed vault and crashed onto his forearm and knee that we decided to move.
Orange Walls held our interest for the final 20mins, where we did some Ab-Busta Precisions [Orange Walls - Jumping between each, two-footed] right up until Jake got an ankle thing, ending our workout.

Was good to have a real session again. Gonna need to work hard after all these unnecessary christmas calories :-p
Was rough seeing Jake injure himself but at least we know what he needs to work on. He's round in the morning for some weights, pull-ups and pushups.
New Years Day will be interesting

Day 48 - Christmas Dinner #2
Today I got together with my friends group and had a large Christmas dinner [there were 13 of us!]
2 turkeys, a massive stack of bacon and sausage meat, heaps of potatoes, drinks and more sugar than should be allowed later, we finished our good times and split for a few more days.
If you reading this want to count me cooking turkeys and repetitively chewing as my days training, go ahead, but I'm calling today a cheat day.
But look at all that meat

Day 47
So it's post Christmas and I'm getting lazy.
I technically didn't do anything specific today, but I went around a lot on my bike.
Content
Cumulatively I did around 8 miles cycling today and as I knew I was going to have a lazy day, I decided that each journey would be at a hard-as-I-could pace. So all of my journeys were essentially sprints.
I don't really have to write much more other than today wasn't training, more like physical activity.

Day 46 - Quick, make something up!!
It's the holidays, so I stay up till 3AM and wake at 11. Then I complain to myself that I have no time left in the day!
I had to formulate something quickly at home that would be effective and difficult but short enough to fit in

Day 45
Hit good old Whitton again, this time with Joe
Content
Started at the usual spot - Whitton Walls! Did usual warm up practice maneuvers as well as some dynos and the large wall run at this spot. Bollard jumps, climb-ups, then we moved on
Was outside Tesco at the rail spot for about 15/20 minutes, doing usual back and forths. I got down a move I was shocked I've never tried before; running launch from bench to road rail. Honestly, I'm ashamed at how long it's taken. Not only this, but Joe pointed out a [pictured] pipe which is sturdy and climbable.
Finished off behind the shops with some vaults; Joe practiced cat passes

It was the perfect weather today; not cold, not sweltering, not raining, everywhere dry. Awesome.

Day 44 - Jogs with Dogs
It's christmas day. I was hardly gonna hit it hard.

Day 43 - Christmas Ivy
Arranged a jam with a few dudes today, we had a really nice session together!
Content
Little bit of everything. It's Ivybridge Estate, there's never a plan for this place.
We got up to doing many precisions, a lot of wall climb practice, more precisions; I tried a sizey Cat 180 [which I'll get soon]; then finished off with more precisions and wall climbing. Switched it up between running the wall and static climb-up technique.
Location
Ivybridge Estate
Experience
It was pretty sweet to get out training with everyone. There were a couple of guys I haven't been with since the Southampton session, and I could see their improvement.
The christmas attire my friend and I wore made the afternoon miles better ;-)

Thanks guys!

Day 42
Took it easy locally today. Hit my usual Whitton spots. Was a bit dreary because it was damp.
Content
Started at the walls. Did some warm up movement; practicing jumps between bollards, going into cat.
Did a little bit of dyno work. Started to link up movements.
Wasn't feeling it there so hit up the back of shops where I know a good vault place was. Spent about 40 minutes there! Was doing all the usual vaults [rained a little, carried on]. Last bit of practice was seeing the highest spot I could monkey vault with a 2/3 step run up, for practice and just the sake of it. On the picture below it's where the curb meets the wall [around shoulder height]. Felt pretty sweet to get that as I didn't think I could.
Location
Whitton High Street
Experience
Wasn't feeling up to much today due to weather and nearly being christmas, however, needs must! And after getting that monkey, it all felt worth it

Day 41 -Breaking the gym bar
As it has been Christmas I'm back tracking from this day up until day 46! Details may be hazy..
Todays session was the standard at the youth club. All aside from the fact that Lewis broke something. Probably wasn't his fault as we do ravage that piece of equipment, but still..
Content
Well, we started with rail precisions, but that quickly deteriorated. Moving on, I practiced doing cat passes as best I could; diving, cat pass to pre with varying distance etc.
General trennin occured, as did Russian Curls [Nnngg]. This was the first week I felt like I dislike them. They're still nice though. 3 sets of 3.

Nothing to note other than what I've said above: Lewis broke the beam [and a youth worker fixed it by shortening length and replacing the legs], and I did some curls. Nice

Day 40 - Running Freely
Had no real plan today other than to stay local to my house, so I decided to just go out for a jog and see if I could find some spots I've never been to before. I found a few!
But most felt safer in dry conditions.
Content
A lot of jogging. Did a pretty cardio intensive session. A couple of the places I found has some nicely sized precision jumps that I did for a little bit, and I found a couple of nice wall pop locations too.
Location
Around Hounslow
Experience
Haven't been out for a run for a very long time, felt pretty good to work that way. As I was looking for spots I found myself becoming more acquainted with my area, in case I ever needed to escape for whatever reason [late at night coming home from a rave maybe?!]. Have a better idea of where I could lose people!

Day 39 - Passing time at home
Howdy readers.
I made a christmas video with my nan today, which shall be for alls viewing pleasure on the 24th. Aside from that, I finished off a christmas present. Made a start on my small, handy guide to living Paleo [more to come soon].
Didn't feel like going out today was on the agenda so mocked up a routine at home, which was as follows.
Content
Mobility exercises for joints, mostly upper.
4x10 Squats, holding 6.5kg [twice] and 13kg [twice] in a variety of ways; you never know how you might need to carry or lift something.
6x20second Tuck-Planche holds. Each time I do these I feel like vomiting on the last few.
5x5 Pseudo Planche Push-ups
5mins Handstand practice with wall
Got my dad to capture me going into and doing Pseudo PPUs, looks like my form isn't too bad but is not near perfect yet!
Bobby shall have to share secrets with me on Thursday
Tomorrow I shall most definitely be resting the wrists.

Day 38
Went into Ealing Film Studios today to meet up with a guy I do Parkour work with. You might be familiar with www.parkour.com
Content
Moving on, the cycle home went for 30mins. A decent ride which I took mostly standing up. My calves felt like bricks.
At home, I continued in my room with this routine which lasted me about 20/25 minutes:
3x5 Pull-up to hangs, 3x5 Pseudo Planche
2x6 PU2H, 2x6 PP
1x7 PU2H, 1x7 PP
With the Pull-ups I interchanged having feet behind or in front [thereby changing how much ab work was being done]!
Location
South Ealing to Home
Experience
A very generic session which again killed my upper body and showed me veins I didn't even know existed.
Each morning I wake up and see this photo, and each day I tell myself I will surpass this figure.
Unsure as to how these next two weeks are gonna work out. Might be a case of a lot of home work outs! To the internet!

Day 37
Took a couple of hours out today to visit Ivybridge, and at the right time too! I finished a route through the estate just as it began to pour!
Content
I spent 45mins/1 hour at one spot training wall runs and precisions.
The first part of the spot had a progressive wall, pictured below, which made use of varying degrees of pop ups, foot work and climbing ability. Made a booboo on my thumb trying to lazy vault back over the smaller drop but nothing a plaster didn't fix.
I did a lot of precision work on the stairs. Mad a standing jump to the third step [good benchmark] and a stride up to the fifth [both legs; yay for training ambidextrously!]. Nice area.
The rest of my time in the estate consisted of 'Lava'* and doing a few running routes through the estate.
I suppose doing the actual practice of an entire route, A-B, is something I don't practice enough. So today can be the start of that!
Finished up with a warrior cycle in a hailstorm and then a weighted cycle home [12.6KG in turkey from Asda]
Location
Ivybridge Estate
Experience
Starting to enjoy training outdoors less and less. Cold weather makes for bleary eyes and chickening out on jumps. More thorough warm-ups are probably useful now, and active rest to keep body temperature up so that muscles and joints don't stiffen is all necessary from now on.
The hail cycle was like pins getting stuck in my arms, and the weighted cycle was awesome but funny.
PICS!
-Frank
*'Lava' is the game of 'Don't touch the ground'. Play it. It's amazing.

Day 36 - Rest, Recovery
After the watery hell that was what seemed like endless swimming last week, I decided that today was a day of nothing.
I am/have lazed at home for the most part, letting my brain, muscles and lungs come back together ready and fresh for tomorrow.
Yes, it's kind of a cop out, but I did a tiny bit of cycling today to pick up Christmas things and have been doing small jobs that needed doing.
I have a completely free day tomorrow, so whats say we do a good ol' 3/4 hour session come rain, snow or shine?
-Frank, dozing off

Day 31 - 35
The past week I've been doing a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Long story short, I got mega tired and passed the course!
Content
11 miles cycling each day [at least] for travel.
Countless meters of swimming, for tests and warm-ups. Also a lot of movement in the pool for the courses techniques.
Location
Kingston Kingfisher
Experience
Wasn't entirely sure what to expect from the course. I knew it'd be pretty demanding but wasn't aware just how much!!
First Aid knowledge got reinforced, and I learnt a whole bunch of stuff about lifeguarding. Yes, most of it is sitting on a chair; but by no means is it a lazy job. And that one day where you, a friend or somebody else can't swim that extra meter and they start to go under, you'll be thankful that your lifeguard has his or her qualification.
It's a course I would recommend if it's something you're interested in.
I started the week, being told about all of these new techniques I never thought I'd get used to, but with a few days practice I had hammered down solidly.
A very interesting and draining week.

Day 30
Hey hi sup.
Did an hour and a half with Marcus today in Twickenham. Was a bit fresh, but quite a nice atmosphere for training.
Content
Cat leaps, many precisions, Tic tacs, climb ups and a few kong cats. A varied session, but I didn't go too hard as my eyes were bleary due to the cold!
Locations
"Waitrose Gardens", a green area behind Waitrose; Riverside; Orange Walls/Spartan Area [so named because of its colour and the training we've done there before]
Experience
Todays was quite a nice session. We did a lot of standard stuff; nothing too huge as it was a bit damp around, but still got some nice stuff down.
The best area today, as is usual, was Spartan zone. Lots of precisions working the legs and abs; strides; as well as the kong to cat with its tiny run up. We just did a lot of feel good stuff.
As an unfortunate side note, Twickenham Lache Spot is now no more. Goddarned building work being finished!!!
I'm tired and ready for an early bed. Updates this week won't be frequent as I'm on a lifeguarding course all week, so the cycling combined with what I'm doing will tire me out and count for physical activity!

Day 27 & 28 - Rail Pres and bustin' knees
Thursday and Friday have been a bit packed for me, doing things and stuff. I've been able to fit in my training but my knee from Tuesday [busting it on that bench] has gotten worse :-(
Bailed out of a rail pre in the club on Thursday and probably inflammed it on Friday.
Content
Thursday had Bobby and I coaching at the Youth Club as usual. Everyone was pretty set on what they all wanted to do. Bobby and I decided to do a few big precisions, as pictured.
We also did 3 sets of 3 Hamstring curls, which after the weeks we've been doing them, have gotten ridiculously easier. Take a gander at a hamstring curl [Russian Curls] and if you think to try it, just watch your knees:
Friday I was on my own, for the first time in a long time, in Twickenham, by the river. It was dark, quiet, and the spot was secluded. It was really serene and calming. A good place and time to focus on technique and getting some movements down alone. Again, I did a lot of jumps. I pushed myself with some things and help back on others. Realised I wasn't quite ready for the jump pictured, but I'm not far off [literally millimeters for my toes]
Locations
Youth Club & Twickenham Riverside
Experiences
Thursday was cool, no trouble with the children made for a good session. Aside from hitting my knee, all is and was fine. Friday was a bit of a troublesome cycle [need to rest up that knee] but training alone in that setting felt good man.
Take it easy fools

Day 26 - Never Too Old
Another one-spot night tonight. Hit the rails outside of Tesco Whitton for 1hr 30mins again.
Content
Rail precisions allllllllll night baby.
Did some progressive pre's up to the bench, moving further back each time till my max.
Also did some bench to rail and vice versa stuff, trying to get the technique down solid for sticking it.
Location
Outside of Tesco Whitton
My Experience
Fairly standard night. Have worked my legs a fair bit but really enjoyed it. I've been dabbling in rail techniques a lot recently and am really enjoying it.
Two highlights of the session were a standard, but long awaited "Do a backflip" drive-by commenting.
Secondly, an 80 year old lady identified me as a 'runner' after seeing a segment on the news about 'Twist'. Apparently very into Zumba, she was keen to know more about Parkour and how people start off, but after a suggestion to join me and do some little stuff she politely declined.
A nice night.
Oh yeah, this is a comparison between my shoes [left] and my friends [right]. He does no parkour trennin yet still has the shoe hole. Go figure.

Day 25
Pretty nice day today. Hit one spot for about 1hour and 40 mins.
Content
Tonight I did a lot of precision work. Nothing huge for the most part, it was mostly technical. A friend, Dan, joined us and we worked on his technique whilst practicing ours.
A lot of rail precisions ensued; some between ends of a bench and some from the pavement to the roadside rail. I practiced a couple of strides up to the rail, bit of balance, then a jump to the bench downwards.
Still need to tackle that rail to brick pre though......
Location
Twickenham 'Meet' Spot
Experience
Really good night. Easy training after the weekend. Did a bit of tree climbing & some vaults but didn't use my hands too much.
Was cool to see Dan improve.
Only negative was I hit my knee ever so slightly on the benches edge, putting me into sore mode :-(
Roll on tomorrow, baby rail pre's at Whitton Tesco

Day 24
Plans were up in the air tonight. Decided to do some things at home, then rock climbing came back on. Woop!
Content
For warmup, did some mobility as usual, then quadrupedal movement for 5 minutes. Ran a small route in my house.
For the main of the session I decided on some hand balance training, consisting of;
Planche Hold - 6x15secs sets
Pseudo Planche Pushups - 6x5 reps with the best technique I could muster
[Bobby Gordon-Smith, yo]
Some Handstands against the wall, trying to maintain feet slightly away from the wall.
Then rock climbing! Pretty much got straight into a few climbs. Used only certain handholds and features, and tried one climb with just featured but I was too fatigued.
Location
At home, and at a youth club
Experience
Thought training would hurt more due to yesterday, but bursting the blood from my callous was the right thing to do last night! Fingertips felt fine, didn't really use the scraped part of my palm much.
All in all, pretty sweet, although the tendon near my elbow for my bicep is achey. Think I might focus on leg stuff the next two days.
No pics, nothing really too interesting

Day 23
Twas a Stormy day on Sunday.
Oh what's that? You only had a light bit of rain? We were creating thunder in a warehouse someplace.
Lewis had a birthday jam with myself, Ash and Nick.
Content
Some beautiful stuff. Large strides to a bar, then lache, then lache to cat [what we considered our 'warm-up' and also what destroyed my hands]
Plenty more precisions, laches, frontfleepas, climbing, handstands and balancing on the bars. And a one-stop challenge on the way home.
Pictures speak louder than words so maybe you can get a better idea from the destruction and birth of callouses, old and new.
Location
Not inclined to say, but twas London.
Experience
Ow hand ow callouses ow tendon attaching bicep ow.
Still, swinging the large gap between the scaffold was funsies.
Yeppers.

Day 20, 21 & 22
I've been fairly busy recently. This isn't going to follow the conventional layout as there isn't a lot to detail.
Thursday - Normal training at Ham Youth Club proceeded. A lot of coaching and some rail precision practice, as standard!
Friday - I did around 30 miles of cycling this day. I went to a film shoot for my friend in Windsor, then on top of that there was a journey home and a journey to my friends house. I didn't have time, let alone energy to fit Parkour specifics in.
Saturday - I decided to take today off as a rest, due to yesterdays cycling for one thing, but also a planned 3-5 hour session tomorrow for another. It's a friends birthday jam and we're hitting a secret spot for the day as a small group.
I suppose I cycled home today but that wasn't much
Thanks for staying tuned.

Day 19 - Evening vicar
Woke up: Blazing sun
Mid-afternoon: Pouring rain
Time to go out: Slightly damp, otherwise fine.
Nice going London.
Met up with the local group in Twickenham at a spot we call 'Big Drop'. That's down to the fact that when we were in our first year, it was ridiculously high. It's a raised sitting area in a park about 1 and 1/2 meters from the rest of the ground level.
Content
At 'big drop' there are quite a few precisions, large leaps and one cat leap spot. This was the main brunt of this area.
We moved to a play park where there are a lot of metal structures, such as monkey bars and railings [as badly pictured below], so spent a long while just messing around, having fun, developing some new movement and trying to piece together some flow.
Final place we went to was St Marys University. We meandered around the grounds a bit, doing the odd climb or vault here or stride there. We came to one spot which was nice for wall runs, climbing, cat leaps and downwards precisions, but after 5 minutes an Irish vicar, profusely shouting 'Hey Spiderman, Oy, Tarzan' decided to kick us off the grounds :-(
Location
Twickenham - Big Drop, play park and St Marys Uni [SMU].
Experience
Nothing really major apart from being at SMU. The vicar wasn't overly respectful in his manner of speaking to us. At one point he told us that a specific tree wasn't meant for climbing, and was dumbstruck when asked its true purpose.
After being ushered off the ground from behind by the vicar, a member of security had a better hearted chat with us, 'mirin our aesthetics.
Oh dayum I've written a lot.
Just have fun everyone!

Day 18
Tonight was a pretty good session. It had been raining a bit, so I was expecting mad wet surfaces, however, the spot we call 'funeral wall' [it's not as sinister as it sounds] was bone dry. Perfect
Content
This was a perfect set up for doing some wall climb work. Standard cat leaps [running from the floor, and jumping max distance]; climb-ups [always really nice to work on] and other techniques.
My favourite new thing was crouching on top of the wall, and dropping down past a gap to cat leap. If I had remembered to take a picture it'd be better explained, but it was a sideways-drop-to-cat, in effect.
Location
Whitton High Street, Funeral Wall spot
Experience
First session out in the wet, and has left an optimistic idea of winter in my head. If every session is this damp but rainless, I'll be laughing!

Day 17
Nothing major. Handstand trennins at home
Content
Largely focused on handstand work. Against the wall for now in my room. Tried different hand positions; distances from the wall; spread of legs.
Best held one was normal, shoulder width arms with legs spread [comfortably] wide.
Did a couple of planche practices and some fun on my pull-up bar to top it off
Location
My room, my training wall
My Experience
Had a tiring day. Was walking a lot, Christmas shopping with the lady, but on top of that were some pretty long cycles, totalling 13-odd miles I'd say for the whole day. So fairly tired from that, which produced the arm and shoulder work.
Nothing special tonight, but I did take from it that I should practice hand balance more

Day 16 - Hitting The Ivy
Today was a good day. I felt fresh and ready to tackle some good spots. No better place local than Ivybridge Estate!
This place has spots for every level and so much content to train. You'd be hard pressed to get bored here. So many games to play, things to touch, heights to explore.
Today, however, seemed to be a rails day.
Content
Lots and lots of rail balance, walking etc; and rail precisions. Up, down, level, short and far. I didn't take a picture of every spot because that'd be like pornography and frankly, there's not enough room!
Plenty of climbing, both running and from standing. Few vaults chucked in here and there and the day was complete.
Location
Ivybridge Estate, various spots
My Experience
Today was a really nice session. My fingertips are hurting from wall climbs, as are my palms. I had a couple of moments where I slipped and almost had an accident, but instead released a shedload of adrenaline and saved it instinctively.
I both love and hate those moments.
Few kids from the estate followed us for the day, trying out some moves.
Other than that, was a standardly good sesh!!

Day 15 - Rest
I've had a pretty busy week, and a weekend with a group of friends, so I've decided to take today off to let my legs [primarily] recover, but generally the rest of my body.
Over training exists, so if you don't give your body time to repair and rest, or if you don't vary your workouts, you'll see things turn sour instead of improve!
To make up for this genuine excuse and poor time management, I vow to do at least 2 hours tomorrow, aiming for about 3.
Thinking of hitting up Ivybridge.
Oooh papi, some nice pics to come tomorrow if I do.

Day 14
Pretty easy day today. Passed my First Aid at Work course [ballin]. Decided to hit somewhere local for a short while since I had to prepare for tonight.
Content
Did lots of wall stuff and a bit of exploring. Most trennin consisted of dyno technique and practice on the stepped wall, including wall runs to dyno.
Also did some standard wall runs and climb ups.
Went to a new spot and found a climb, as pictured below, so will be working on techniques to get up that.
Location
Whitton High Street
Experience
Fairly standard sesh. Had a couple of Whittonians [who are known to be demented or soul less] approach me but nothing major.

Day 13
Not the most exciting day today. Pretty tired from college and had an assessment at the youth club.
So my "training" for today is the coaching I did at the youth club (as well as counting the occasional precision and the cycling journeys).
So, content was my assessment: an hour of coaching the dudes at the club. Simple things like roll and vault practice, but pointing out individual places where they could improve.
Location
Ham youth club
Experience.
Bit lethargic. First day i didnt properly train. However, i passed my assessment and im happy with my coaching.
Tomorrow should be interesting, planning to train during lunch hour!

Day 12
Another afternoon at the Twickenham Lache Spot with Lewis
Was dark, I was tired and I didn't fancy going for it hard.
Content
Laches - Developed them here a bit further by using one swing to get up and then launching on the second swing.
Stading underbar to cat - Picture below shows where we did this. Nice progression upwards getting a high jump, then underbar to the wall.
General bar work.
Location
Twickers Lache Trennin
My Experience
I did a fair bit of cycling, then loads of activity in my college gym sessions [spinning, ugh] and the coldness of the bars battered my hands a bit.
Still, did my hour!

Day 11
Second time doing the Forearm workout. Dead, again. Meant to be making cookies tonight, no way am I stirring.
The warm up I used can be found here again.
Otherwise, the session was largely the same as before just with some progression in it.
Content
Pull-Up to Grip sets
3x Pull-ups to hang [10, 10, 8, 5]
2x Plank [45 sec, 50 sec]
1x 50sec Forearm curl - 13KG [Use weighted barbell, curl at wrists]
2x Pull-ups to hang [5, 5]
48x Push-ups [Wide arm, Narrow, Right/Left hand assisted fingertips - Reps of 12]
Cool-down included powerball to release blood from my arms.
Now about to do a 3.2 mile cycle to my ladys house.
Location
My house, on the bar
My Experience
Rock solid forearms. Inability to do things such as grip right now.
On the up side, dem veins. If I'm ever in a photoshoot of sorts I might do a couple of sets of these to monkey out on.
Progress pic below.
Keep training folks

Day 10 - Late Night Railing
Had college today then a Duke of Edinburgh meeting, so the only reasonable time I had to train was after it all, at 8:30PM with Lewis.
We hit Whitton.
Content
A few wall climb practices and bollard precisions, but the main brunt being rail precisions [about 1m-2m distance]
Location
Whitton High Street
My Experience
Started off cold but this didn't last long. The high street was deserted which was pretty sweet for being undisturbed, except that we got approached by an old-skooler! Johnny Last, a friend of Nicks and someone that both Nick & Lewis met at the weekend.
Another soldier added to the local ranks and a top dude to train with by the looks of things!
No pics as Whitton isn't that exciting really.

Day 9 - Wall Trennin
This morning was a short 45 min session during which a friend an I focused on wall run technique [as he needs it for an event]
Content
Plenty wall running. Mostly focusing on correct technique, quickest ways up and all, but also incorporating the highest wall we could accomplish and a little bit of dyno work. We also found a nice traversal wall
Location
Car park near my friends flat
My Experience
Pretty good sesh, was refreshing being out at around half 9! Pretty quiet and we had a passer by stop with us who hadn't trained for a few years. Was pretty sweet and I hope my friends practice has paid off.

Day 8 - Saturday in Soton
Ooooh today was awesome. Met up with the local community at 1PM and they took us around to some sweet spots!
Unfortunately, Chris injured his leg, a lot, which ended the day but we were 3 hours in so that was enough anyway
Content
Bit of everything. Cat leaps, wall climbs, plenty precisions and strides. Just a load of good stuff in new places
Location
Spread around Southampton
My Experience
Was really cool to train with these guys. Some modest, beast stuff going on down there. Unfortunately, we were at the first spot and police got called, rather ridiculously, to move on a small group [us] of about 15-20. Southampton police would die of shock if they saw Londons scene.
The day was good, the trennin was good and the muscles ached.
Pics, as standardly. Yes I was red.
See ya
