Tonight I did a lot of precision work. Nothing huge for the most part, it was mostly technical. A friend, Dan, joined us and we worked on his technique whilst practicing ours.
A lot of rail precisions ensued; some between ends of a bench and some from the pavement to the roadside rail. I practiced a couple of strides up to the rail, bit of balance, then a jump to the bench downwards.
Still need to tackle that rail to brick pre though......

Really good night. Easy training after the weekend. Did a bit of tree climbing & some vaults but didn't use my hands too much.
Was cool to see Dan improve.
Only negative was I hit my knee ever so slightly on the benches edge, putting me into sore mode :-(
