Went into Ealing Film Studios today to meet up with a guy I do Parkour work with. You might be familiar with www.parkour.com

Moving on, the cycle home went for 30mins. A decent ride which I took mostly standing up. My calves felt like bricks.
At home, I continued in my room with this routine which lasted me about 20/25 minutes:
3x5 Pull-up to hangs, 3x5 Pseudo Planche
2x6 PU2H, 2x6 PP
1x7 PU2H, 1x7 PP
With the Pull-ups I interchanged having feet behind or in front [thereby changing how much ab work was being done]!

Experience
A very generic session which again killed my upper body and showed me veins I didn't even know existed.
Each morning I wake up and see this photo, and each day I tell myself I will surpass this figure.
Unsure as to how these next two weeks are gonna work out. Might be a case of a lot of home work outs! To the internet!
