Day 43 - Christmas Ivy

Arranged a jam with a few dudes today, we had a really nice session together!

Little bit of everything. It's Ivybridge Estate, there's never a plan for this place.
We got up to doing many precisions, a lot of wall climb practice, more precisions; I tried a sizey Cat 180 [which I'll get soon]; then finished off with more precisions and wall climbing. Switched it up between running the wall and static climb-up technique.

Experience
It was pretty sweet to get out training with everyone. There were a couple of guys I haven't been with since the Southampton session, and I could see their improvement.
The christmas attire my friend and I wore made the afternoon miles better ;-)
