Day 46 - Quick, make something up!!

It's the holidays, so I stay up till 3AM and wake at 11. Then I complain to myself that I have no time left in the day!
I had to formulate something quickly at home that would be effective and difficult but short enough to fit in

2 sets 10x Weighted Pull Up [2x4kg]
2 sets 12x Weighted Push Up [2x4kg]      -Performed as: Pull, Push, Pull, Push

1 set 5x W' Pull Ups; 1 set 12x W' Push Ups; 1 set 5x W' Pull Ups

3x20sec Tuck Planche hold

2 sets 6x Pull Ups
2 sets 6x Pseudo Planche Push Ups
2 x 35sec Plank

Location
At Home

Experience
Made me sweat = good sign
Worked upper body after a lot of recent leg work = good news
Left me with enough time to shower, blog posts and get ready before going out = awesome
