Day 59 - Back in the gym

Today I started the club I used to do regularly back at my old school. Sports department have hired me for a block of sessions, and this was the first!! Unfortunately, 2 students arrived. But hey, it's a start.

Content
I set out a small amount of obstacles for basic training. Literally two boxes.
We did 2 sets of continuous monkey and speed vaults, then moved onto handsprings, and finally did our own thing. I remembered wall-spin technique, while the others played with the box setups, doing strides, flips etc.

Experience
Initially I felt tired, but a warm up, stretch and the vaults got me energetic again. Twas a nice, simple session, yet an effective bit of work for the hour and a bit I was there.
