Had a lazy day in today so did a session at home. Felt alrighty!

In order, I warmed up then performed

5x Pistols [All on right leg due to my left knee]

4x 15sec Tuck Planche
10x Pull-ups
2x10 Pseudo Planche Push-ups
1min Star Hold [Spread legs, arms wide, hold position a couple of inches above floor]
10x Pull-ups
2x 30sec plank [1 arm & leg]
21kg Barbell;
30x Forearm Curls [Overhand Grip]
10x Deadlift [Fast raise, slow lowering]
15x Forearm Curls [Underhand grip]
35sec Ski Sit

Experience
Some of the exercises I found fine, such as the pistols and the pull-ups. The ones that I REALLY felt after were the tuck planche holds, star hold and forearm curls.
Was a pretty nice sesh, passed the time well, and made me appreciate my dinner of fish.
